Step-up and chest pull
Reps: 8 each leg
Works: Hamstrings, glutes, quads, back and arms
Carefully place your right foot on the sofa, holding a resistance band with both hands at shoulder height, arms straight.
Step both feet onto the sofa. Pull the band apart as you stand up.
Bring your hands back to shoulder-width apart as you step to the floor, leading with your right.
Repeat on the left leg.
Repeat this circuit of four moves three times. To challenge yourself further, add 30 seconds of running on the spot after each circuit.
