Whether she’s cycling through Manhattan with her two sons or jogging alongside actor husband Liev Schreiber, A-list star Naomi Watts is clearly fond of fitness. And her efforts have clearly paid off – she always looks amazingly fit, healthy and youthful. Recently, though, she’s been working even harder to hone a super-toned body. The reason? On September 20, the 44-year-old graced our screens as Diana, Princess of Wales, in the new movie, Diana. To prepare herself for the role, Naomi worked with her regular New York-based trainer, Simone De La Rue, who is credited with sculpting Naomi’s dancer-like body. Here are a few of her top moves.
