The AMP Trainer Begins In

I never bought into the idea that you have to choose between performance and aesthetics. Even in the NFL, I wanted to have both. I wanted to build an admirable physique without sacrificing or inhibiting my performance goals. My desire to look and move like a superhero has fueled my passion for fitness over the last 30 years.

I know I’m not alone in these goals. I can’t think of a single person who would rather look great than perform great, or vice versa. That’s why I created the AMP program, or “Aesthetics Meets Performance.” I want to live in both worlds, and I want you to do it with me.

Together, we’ll train for peak performance while we build muscle and carve definition. By the end of AMP, you’ll jump higher, run faster, look better, and feel more confident. I think this program will be a wonderful foundation on which you can build a healthier, happier life.
